We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, passionate, people and systems-oriented HR Generalist to support and lead our team in finding, supporting, and inspiring a quickly growing world-class team based in Hoboken.
As a world class HR Generalist, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent, implementing HR platforms, and ensuring the HR function is scalable as we grow.
Implement, document, communicate, and administer HR policies/procedures
Manage and maintain operational processes for GovPilot
Deliver new hire on-boarding program
Employee benefit programs administration.
Implement and maintain performance management programs
Understand employee pulse and create action plans for employee escalations and core employee relations concerns.
Responsible for people data reporting and records management
3+ years of experience in HR Function. 2 years of generalist experience preferred.
Thorough understanding of all of the following: benefits administration, HRIS, employee relations, terminations, compliance, and policy creation in a high growth atmosphere
Always willing to learn and grow. You stay up-to-date on compliance changes and industry best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You care deeply about taking care of people and approach the role with a proactive, service-oriented mentality as well as with utmost discretion
People at all levels feel comfortable approaching you for help, while your strong communication skills leave nothing to doubt
You are process-oriented, metrics-driven and have excellent attention to detail
