Junior Business Analyst

GovPilot is hiring a Junior Business Analyst to work closely with our Senior Business Analysts, Project Managers and Account Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to support the efforts of a team of experienced professionals responsible for onboarding new customers as well as conceptualizing and designing new product capabilities and features of the GovPilot software platform.

Key Junior Business Analyst Responsibilities Include:

  • Building form and module interfaces from project specs. This responsibility requires no coding knowledge. Light experience with User Interface and User Experience design is preferred, though not required.
  • Working closely with Business Analysts to write, organize and edit Business Requirement Documents.
  • Provide quality assurance for GovPilot software through internal testing.


  • Education: BA/BS with business, information technology or design focus preferred, though not required. Relevant work experience in business analysis, systems analysis and/or testing background a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to understand business processes, analyze data and follow through to resolve issues.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, yet capable of completing personal deliverables within a defined timeframe.
  • Understanding of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency with process flow charts (Lucidchart, Visio)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce/Agile Accelerator
